Laneway culture is the backbone to Melbourne’s world-renowned food scene. With this in mind, Corsia has been designed as a purpose-built laneway – cleverly connecting the lobby, reception, restaurant and shopping precincts, whilst highlighting the best of Melbourne’s cafe and coffee culture.

When selecting our preferred coffee partner, we had two requirements;  Must be local, Must be the best. Enter St Ali.

We’ve partnered with Melbourne’s best roaster – St Ali – to ensure our team of baristas (who’ll be working behind a supremely stylish, custom-made sage green coffee machine) have access to the very best beans available.
