Head Chef Alex Drobysz (Maze (London), Lumiere (Vancouver), Epocha (Carlton), Bryerley (Flemington) brings Michelin Star experience and creativity to Archer’s menus – which are inspired by locally grown and sourced produce.

Before 11am, the stunning, modern mist-grey, all-day dining room offers a generous a la carte breakfast (inspired by the award-winning brunch menus Melbourne is internationally known for) or a unique buffet breakfast, personally presented to you, at your table. Lunch and dinner feature 2 and 3 course menus along with an ever-changing seasonal tasting menu.
